The critical-path Gantt where the schedule is actually built — a virtualised table and timeline that computes your dates from logic, calendars and constraints instead of letting you type them.
Who it is for. Planners, primarily — this is the screen they live in all day. P6-shaped keyboard behaviour means no retraining, and XER in and out means they can still exchange with a client on P6.
What it is for
Planners either pay thousands a seat for P6, or accept a tool that stores dates as text and calls it a schedule. Without a real forward and backward pass, float is guesswork, constraints silently lie, and progress updates never rewrite the plan.
Duration derived from quantity divided by production rate is native here and is not a native concept in P6 or MS Project. Beyond that the honest claim is scope in one place rather than a unique algorithm: the same Gantt drives DCMA, crash, forensic delay and Monte Carlo with no export step, in a browser, with no client install.

A real forward and backward pass
Total and free float per activity, including negative float where it belongs.
Eight constraint types, with typed violations
ASAP, ALAP, start and finish no-earlier and no-later, must-start-on and must-finish-on — raising warnings or errors rather than moving silently.
Relationship codes normalised defensively
All four types with leads and lags, accepting P6 shorthand, long form and legacy numeric XER codes.
Duration from production rate
Quantity divided by crew output, with the rate per day, week or month, on working or calendar days, aware of the activity’s own calendar. Not a native concept in P6 or MS Project.
Float-path tracing
From the selected activity — backward, forward, both, or the free-float path — with stepped float cutoffs and a show-only-this-path mode.
P6-shaped keyboard
Field-level undo and redo, fill down, copy and paste of activities, select all — the shortcuts a planner already has in their hands.
Several projects in one Gantt
Projects open as sibling roots with read-only anchors pinned so only the active one flexes, and inter-project logic pulled from an external-links model.
A non-destructive what-if sandbox
Clones the schedule, captures current dates as the scenario baseline, and reschedules live against the real engine without touching the database.
Virtualised, and it stays smooth
Only rows near the viewport render, and wheel zoom is a native non-passive listener coalesced to one model update per animation frame.
