What it is for
The 14-point assessment is the de facto quality gate on government and large capital work, and failing it in a client review costs a revision cycle. Checking it yourself means a separately purchased schedule-quality product or a spreadsheet of manual queries.
Deltek Acumen Fuse ships these metrics as a separately purchased product that ingests your schedule from elsewhere; P6 and MS Project do not implement the assessment at all. Here it runs on the live model with no export step, and every threshold is editable.

All fourteen, in one pass
Logic, leads, lags, relationship types, hard constraints, high float, negative float, high duration, invalid dates, resources, missed tasks, critical path test, CPLI and BEI.
Every threshold is editable
Including both 44-day cutoffs, with per-check bounds, a reset to the DCMA default, and a badge on any check you have overridden. Most implementations ship the defaults fixed.
Assess a file without importing it
Run the assessment on an uploaded XER or MSPDI without bringing it into your workspace — which is exactly the incoming-contractor-schedule workflow.
Drill into the offenders
Click any check for a filterable list of every offending activity with a generated reason — the relationship and its lag, the float value, the days slipped against baseline.
Not-applicable is a real state
A check that cannot run says why — no data date, no baseline, schedule not calculated — instead of silently passing.
Containers excluded from the denominators
Project, summary, WBS, hammock and level-of-effort rows do not distort the percentages, and most checks are scoped to incomplete work.
