Every module is in every tier.

Rows marked Roadmap are not in the product today. They are priced into the tier because they are committed work, not because they exist. For what is and is not shipped, see where the product is today.

How seats are counted

Named seats, not concurrent. A seat is a person who uses the product, and it stays theirs. The count is enforced by the software: an invitation that would exceed your plan is refused, and pending invitations count against it — so you find out while you are still deciding who to invite, not after they have clicked the link.

If you stop paying

Your data is yours. Export to XER, MSPDI or Excel at any time, including after a subscription lapses. Nothing in the product destroys or locks project data on expiry, and nothing will.
