A seat for each person
Plans use named seats. Each person has their own seat; pending invitations count towards your allowance. Invitations that would exceed your plan are stopped before they are sent, so you can plan access before inviting the team.
Your project data stays yours
Export to XER, MSPDI or Excel, including after a subscription lapses. Expiry does not destroy or lock your project data. Export remains available for as long as your data does.
