Who it is for. Teams who keep rate cards and WBS skeletons in spreadsheets and re-key them into every new project. Also the solo consultant who wants their standard breakdown structure and role rates to survive from job to job.
What it is for
Estimating the same disciplines over and over means retyping the same role rates, cost codes, units and breakdown structures on every new project — and they drift apart the moment two people do it differently. Without a shared library the standard rate card lives in someone’s spreadsheet and the WBS gets rebuilt from memory.
The exchange-rate matrix is the unusual piece — a portfolio-level cross-rate table that estimate lines price against, with unentered pairs derived rather than assumed. Neither P6 nor MS Project ships a multi-currency estimate library of this shape. The rest is functionality P6 provides only through its enterprise deployment; here it is a tab in a browser, with no separate admin install.

Roles, resources, cost types, units, currencies and WBS templates, each with full create, edit and delete and its own contextual ribbon tab.
A cross-currency rate matrix
An editable exchange-rate table behind an explicit Edit Rates step, saved as one transactional write. Pairs you have not entered are derived by inverse or a single pivot hop and marked as approximate.
A missing rate returns nothing, not 1:1
If no route exists between two currencies the conversion refuses rather than silently assuming parity.
One base currency, enforced in the database
Exactly one star-marked base currency, and the singleton is enforced inside a transaction rather than by the interface.
WBS templates with a real tree editor
Add child, reorder, auto-generated codes and per-node colour, applied when creating a project — and any live project’s WBS can be saved back as a template.
Units reach the open schedule live
Adding a unit of measure broadcasts a change the open Activities grid picks up, without a reload.
Import into a project as editable copies
Pull global resources or cost types into a project so it can adjust its own rates without changing the library.
