What it is for
A Gantt hides logic behind bars; you can stare at a slipping schedule for an hour without seeing that the driver is two activities upstream. Planners fall back to whiteboards or a diagramming tool.
Modest, and worth stating modestly: a time-scaled logic diagram and a WBS-blocked one are not layouts P6 or MS Project offer, and baseline-slip on node cards is unusual. This is a viewer, not an analysis engine.
